COVID-19 PREPAREDNESS

The COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) pandemic has affected every person, professional, and industry across the globe. But we know that your legal case and any issues that you may be confronting do not go away in light of these heightened concerns. Deadlines must be met; documents drafted and reviewed; court hearings, mediations, and meetings attended; and other necessary tasks addressed.

Our preparedness plan ensures that you can continue to receive the highest quality of legal service, even in light of this pandemic. Here are the components of our plan:

  1. CDC-approved hygiene practices to prevent exposure and transmission.

  2. Workstations, conference room tables, other surfaces, equipment, and door handles at the office are wiped regularly with disinfectant wipes.

  3. Staff members are required to wash hands frequently, and in accordance with CDC-recommended handwashing protocols.

  4. Our break room is stocked with single-use disposable containers and is sanitized throughout the day.

  5. Our conference room pens are sanitized daily.

  6. We have ample supplies of disinfectant wipes at our front entrance for everyone's use.

  7. For clients who would rather not come into the office, consultations and meetings are available via telephone or can be arranged through teleconference, and we are equipped with technology that enables us to handle your case remotely.

  8. Documents can be scanned and emailed. Electronic filing allows us to submit documents with your electronic signature in most circumstances.

  9. No in-person meetings are required to process your case, unless a court states otherwise.

  10. All payments on accounts including initial retainer payments can be made by telephone or through our website.
